In very good condition. Bought & never used; only displayed. NO CHIPS & NO CRACKS TO MARBLE STONE PIN & NO CRACKS TO THE WOODEN HANDLES. No major scratches & minor storage wear. The lettering stating "Rolling Pin" on one (1) side of the wooden rest stand has some fading wear at the top of the "P" in "Pin". Any flaws, if present, will be either written about here in the condition section of the listing OR visible in the photos. Origin/History:
Found in my mother's collection of kitchenware gadgets in North Carolina.
Function/Use:
Used for rolling baking dough.
Structure/Composition:
Made of thick and heavy solid white & gray marble.  Rolling pins has two (2) wooden handle grips

Overall, the rolling pin is about 18 inches long.  The marble pin itself is 10 inches long & about 2½ inches in diameter.  Has extra-large 4-inch long, light-stained, hardwood handles.  Stand is made to fit the pin & is about 10 inches long.  Rolling pin weighs ~4½ pounds.
