Many of us remember the taste of nuts stuffed with condensed milk-the taste of childhood!
In the modern world, where there are so many different harmful food additives, even in confectionery, which our children love to eat, the ability to independently control the quality of products and the entire cooking process will give you an easy-to-use, practical and durable form for baking cookies "Nuts 12 halves".
The cookie baking dish consists of two semi-forms that are easily connected to each other.
We lubricate the form for nuts with oil, put a little dough in each cell and bake the "shells"until golden. Cool, level the edges. We fill the halves with stuffing, connect them. The resulting bulk pastries can be filled with a variety of fillings: berry, chocolate, cottage cheese, as well as jam, whipped cream, nut, cream, vanilla cream, pudding, honey.
The form is made of food-grade aluminum, and there are also comfortable wooden handles.
You can bake cookies on both a gas and an electric stove.
Recipe for nuts:
Butter 200 g
2 eggs
Sugar 150 g
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Vanilla to taste
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar about 1/2 tablespoon
Flour 450 g
Oil (for greasing the mold before baking only the first batch of dough)
Mix sugar with salt, vanilla and eggs. Pour in the melted (cooled) butter, stir. Pour the vinegar over the baking soda (over the mixture, as it will foam and come out of the spoon), and stir very well. Gradually add the flour (1 cup at a time). Knead the dough on the table.
Preheat the greased mold. Place the balls in the mold. Hold it for about a minute and a half on one side, and then about a minute on the other.
