Together, my mothers baked “Nuts” on a gas stove in a special cast-iron stove with nuts, but now the miracles of progress have given us a new device for preparing my favorite delicacies. The main secret of success is properly prepared dough.
To prepare “Nuts” you will need to dissolve the following ingredients:
400 g flour, 3 eggs, 100 g sugar, 250 g margarine, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar, two caramelized milk. Separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites in the refrigerator to cool and place the yolks in a deep bowl. Gradually pour sugar into the yolks and beat with a mixer until smooth. To get a good flavor, you can add a small packet of vanilla sugar.
-Melt the margarine
Pour the flour into a dry bowl and add the melted margarine.
- Knead the stiff dough.
- Add the mixture of yolk and sugar to the dough, mix everything again until smooth.
- Add salt to the white. Cut a teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice or vinegar and add to the egg whites.
- Beat the whites with a mixer until light foam appears.
- Add the whites to the dough.
- Knead the dough correctly. It should be thick, but not sticky or crumbly.
- See the instructions for baking time for the nut halves. Take the well-cooked nut halves and place them together.
The nuts are ready. Repeat these steps until all the nuts are done. Place the finished cookies in a cool place to allow the filling to thicken.
