The perfect tool for both the home baker and the professional chef. Crafted from solid rock maple. 12" pin barrel is fitted with stainless steel ball bearings to ensure a lifetime of effortless rolling.
Approz. 12" long roller barrel; 2-3/4" diameter; 21-1/2" from handle to handle.
This well-designed rolling pin lets you transform dough into a thin disk of pastry without stretching, tearing or overworking it.
Crafted in the USA from one solid piece of rock maple.
Its well balanced and has a smooth finish that resists sticking.
An American-style pin, with a heavy cylinder mounted on stainless steel ball bearings, which turns independently between two handles.
It is NOT recommended that you oil wood rolling pins. Flour and dough will potentially stick to it forever.
DO rub with flour several times before initial use.
The pin will get better as you use it. This beautiful pin is made out of rock maple, which has very small pores.
Do not, unless absolutely necessary, wash your pin.
After use, rub it with flour to get off any residue form wet dough.
If necessary, hand-wash NOT SUBMERGED IN WATER with mild soap. Dry thoroughly and allow to air dry further for several hours.
Item is brand new, but has several black marks on it (see photos).  For Health and Safety Reasons, NO RETURNS will be accepted.

Pricing includes new USPS zoning and pricing, shipping distance, rarity, breakability, weight, size and packing requirements of items.  Also, we travel to and from the Post Office to ship your items to avoid non-scanned shipping issues. We also pay for extra item value insurance when necessary. The current price of gasoline has resulted in higher prices.  We DO NOT profit on shipping or handling. The U.S.P.S. raised their rates AGAIN in April.  Their SECOND annual general rate increase occurred on July 10, 2022!
